Engine valves
Tated by using the Plasma Powder Coating process. During the opeartion of the valves in an engine, they have to withstand high mechanical impacts, temperature changes as well as hot-gas corrosion. By coating the sealing surface of the valves with special powder alloys, the life time increases significantly. Today most of the engine valves are treated with preventive coatings.
